DirectorAbe Chera is a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) and a certified, licensed recovery coach with over nine years of clinical experience and more than a decade in coaching and communication. He runs a successful private coaching practice and brings insight and steady guidance that helps individuals approach decisions with clarity, accountability, and purpose.

Albert Beyda brings deep experience in community service and organizational leadership through years of hands-on involvement in mission-driven work. Since 2018, he has spearheaded special community projects and consistently led annual drives for organizations, including Sephardic Bikur Holim and UJA. He is guided by the strong belief that Aleph has the power to transform the community.

Named after Rabbi Nachman of Breslov, he is inspired by those teachings and has founded multiple nonprofit organizations, including the Makor Haim Center, the Sephardic Breslov Center, Congregation Zvi Lazadeek, and a synagogue in Uman, Ukraine.
